| 摘 要： | 毽球运动是广大群众喜闻乐见的体育项目,具有很强的健身性和娱乐性。毽球运动的发展推广也正逐步由公园、街道、绿地等民间社团走进高校体育课堂,被越来越多的大学生认同和接受;高校开设毽球课,将毽球运动纳入体育课程设置是对体育教学资源的有益补充,也是对高校体育的改革创新。

| Abstract: | Sport is the masses love to see and hear the sports project, has the very strong fitness and entertain- ment. The shuttlecock develolxaent promotion, also gradually by parks, streets, green spaces and other folk clubs, groups into the university sports classroom, more and more college students＇ recognition and acceptance; offering Shuttlecock Course at colleges and universities, the shuttlecock into the sports curriculum, is the sports teaching re- sources has the beneficial suppleraent, but also on the reform of college P.E innovation. |
