摘    要:以模具工程专业为例,通过对产业精细化研究,分析毕业生就业现状,揭示了当前应用型本科人才培养过程中存在工作实践能力与社会产业实际需求之间的供需矛盾,提出基于产业需求的"611教学模式"。实践证明该模式有效的融合了专业知识与职业能力,改善了人才培养目标和教学体系存在脱节的状况,缩小了产业需求与毕业生的实际工作能力之间的差距,以期对新建应用性本科院校的改革和发展具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This article makes research on refinement of the mold industry, analyzes the current employment situa- tion of undergraduates majoring in mold engineering and reveals the contradiction between the practical ability of un- dergraduates and the actual needs of industries in society that exists in the applied undergraduate programs. On this basis, proposes some industry - structure- based education strategies for undergraduates, such as the ones featuring 6 + 1 + 1, special manufacturing, and board of directors from both schools and enterprises, in an effort to enhance the cooperation between schools and enterprises and train advanced applied personnel in a syst~raatic way. It is hoped that this article has some value in serving as the reference for reform and development of the newly- founded applied un- dergraduate schools.
