袋式培养在铁皮石斛组培苗生根中的应用研究和效率评价

摘    要:以铁皮石斛分化苗为供试材料,采用常规瓶式培养方式和袋式培养方式进行生根培养.结果显示,两种培养方式生产的组培苗生长状况无明显差异,均表现出生根快且根系发达,生根率达到100 %,苗健壮,质量好,移栽成活率高达90 %以上;但在培养基灭菌和接种效率、污染率、移植成活率、培养空间利用率和炼苗效率等方面,袋式培养优于常规瓶式培养,可提高生产效率,达到节能增效目的.

Abstract:The rooting culture of Dendrobium candidum wall was carried out with differentiation seedlings as test materials, by means of conventional bottles-type tissue culture system and bag-type tissue culture system. The results showed that tissue culture seedling produced from conventional bottles culture system and bag culture system showed no significant differences and they had some common characteristics: developed root system, 100 percent rooting rate, strong root, good quality, over 90 % survival rate of transplants, and so on. However, some characteristics of bag-type tissue culture system were better than that of the conventional bottles-type tissue culture system, such as sterilizing of culture medium, the seeding efficiency, contamination rate, survival rate of transplants, the utility of cultivate space, the efficiency of seedling exercising, and so on. The results of this study have confirmed the fact that the bag-type tissue culture system could significantly improve the production efficiency as well as could achieve the effects of saving energy increasing efficiency.
