| 摘 要： | 脂质体作为一种新型疫苗佐剂可同时增强机体的体液和细胞介导免疫应答,对疫苗有很强的增效作用。通过分析脂质体的作用机理,概述脂质体作为疫苗免疫佐剂的一些优点以及目前在抗细菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫以及抗肿瘤疫苗等方面的应用情况,列举出存在的问题并提出改进的方法,展现出脂质体未来良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Liposome as a newtype of adjuvant for vaccine can enhance the response of body fluid i mmunityand cell mediatedi mmunity si multaneously,having a function of increasing effect on the vaccine.Throughanalyzing the function mechanismof liposome,we summarized some excellences of liposome as the adjuvantand the applicationsinthe antibacteria,antivirus,antiparasite and antitumor vaccines.The problems existedwere enumerated and the i mproved means were put forward.Liposome has good prospects of application. |
