大豆主要农艺性状与品质性状的遗传分析

摘    要:各农艺性状的遗传变异中加性主效应、显性主效应均起一定的作用,株高主要受加性主效应的控制,株高的狭义遗传力为50.8%,通过早代选择可取得较好的改良效果,其选择效果不易受到环境条件变化的影响;蛋白质和脂肪含量主要受加性主效应的控制,其狭义遗传率分别为66.3%和64.2%,宜在较低世代进行选择;异黄酮含量主要受显性主效应的控制,应该在较高世代进行选择。
