| Abstract: | Based on the theory and the experiment research method,the present situation of farmer training in Hangzhou was investingated and analyzed by using qualitative and ration analyse,it was found that farmer training of local farmers should reform in the follwing aspects such as content,way and expense.In view of the current problems about the farmers′ training,the new innovative countermeasures were proposed. |
