ICS-2000离子色谱法测定大白菜中溴酸盐含量

摘    要:该文利用ICS-2000离子色谱法测定大白菜中溴酸盐在不同状态下含量的变化。结果表明:白菜中溴酸盐含量随时间增加而增加,加热后能够较大程度上降低蔬菜中溴酸盐含量的浓度,且该方法检测的BrO3-浓度在0~2 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),最小检测值为0.000 1 mg/L,实样加标回收率为98.55%~101.61%。

Abstract:The paper used ICS-2000 ion chromatography to determine content change of bromate in Chinese cabbage during different states.The results showed that bromate content in Chinese cabbage increased with time increasing,after heated the bromate content concentration in Chinese cabbage decreased largely,and the concentration of BrO3-by the method had a good linear relationship from 0 mg/L to 2 mg/L(r=0.999 9),the minimum detection value was 0.000 1 mg/L,the recoveries of sample standard addition were in the rage ...
