国光生根剂对不同径级香樟根系生长的影响

以根径15、25 cm香樟假植苗为材料,研究不同剂量国光生根剂对2种香樟假植苗根系生长动态的影响。结果表明:经生根剂处理的2种规格香樟假植苗的生根数、总根系长度、平均根系直径等指标均明显高于清水处理。根径25 cm香樟假植苗经生根剂处理的根系生长及各形态指标均高于根径15 cm香樟假植苗经生根处理。初步确定国光生根剂1.0 L处理根径15 cm香樟假植苗与国光生根剂1.5 L处理根径25 cm香樟假植苗能用于刚移植苗木的生根处理,可提高生根数量。

The Influence of Rhizogenic Agents--Guoguang on the Root of Different Diameter--Classes Cinnamomum Camphora（L.） Pres I

The influence of different doses of Guoguang rhizogenic agent on different dimeter-elass of Cinnamomum camphora （L.）Pres was studied based on the experiments which used the Cinnamomum Camphora （L.） Pres I of Ф15 cm and Ф25 cm. The main results were as follows：the morphology parameters of the transplanted Cinnamomum Camphora（L.） Pres I were root number,total root length and mean root diameter. The effect of rhizogenic agent on rooting of Cinnamomum Camphora（L.） Pres I was significant. Compared with CK （water） ,the influences of rhizogenic agent on Ф25 cm was bigger than that on Ф15 cm. Furthermore, 1.0 L Guoguang rhizogenic agent was selected for treatment of the Ф15 cm transplanted Cinnamomum camphora（L. ）Pres I , and 1.5 L Guoguang rhizogenic agent was selected for treatment of the Ф25 cm transplanted Cinnamomum Camphora（k） Pres I . They could accelerate the root survivor and growth as well.
