炼油污水生物滤池深度处理中试试验研究

摘    要:根据废水特性和回用水质要求,分析了废水回用在技术和经济上的可行性,并结合抚顺石化分公司石油一厂的废水处理特点,确定了浮选—生物滤池—臭氧催化氧化—快滤(FBOF)工艺的污水处理回用方案,并进行中试试验。结果表明:污水经该工艺路线处理后,出水水质的各项指标均大大低于循环冷却水补水的国家标准,完全能够满足回用要求。

Pilot Test Research of Depth Processing Refinery Sewage by Bio-filter

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of the waste water and the request of the water recovery and utilization as well as the economic feasibility,and combined with the characteristic sewage of the Fushun oil company,the FBOF techniques was studied out to treat the sewage.Pilot scale test results showed that by this scheme,Fushun oil company biological treatment outlet water was completely able to be reused.
