铅胁迫对水稻种子萌发及生理特性的影响

摘    要:以Y两优1号为材料,研究不同浓度的铅(Pb2+)溶液对水稻种子萌发及生理特性的影响。结果表明:Pb2+对水稻种子萌发有较大的抑制作用;Pb2+浓度低于100 mg/L时,能在一定程度上促进水稻种子的发芽率;随着Pb2+浓度的提高,Pb2+胁迫对水稻种子萌发的抑制作用越大,水稻种子的苗高、根长、根数、根鲜重、苗鲜重以及叶片叶绿素含量明显降低,而根系丙二醛含量显著增加。
