玉米苗期抗旱性鉴定形态指标比较研究

摘    要:以6个玉米品种为试验材料,苗期进行水分反复干旱试验,对株高、干物质、根干重和存活率等相关参数进行灰色关联度分析。结果表明:失水率、株高胁迫指数、根干重胁迫指数均能很好地反映出玉米苗期的抗旱性,是苗期抗旱性评价的重要形态指标。

Abstract:Using six varieties of maize as materials,the paper had done repeated drought stress and normal water experiment during seeding stage.Some related parameters such as dry matter,plant height,root dry weight and survival rate were analyzed by grey correlative.The results showed that the water loss rate,plant height damage index,root dry weight damage index reflected the anti-drought trait of maize in seeding stage quite well which were important morphological traits for anti-dronght evaluation of seeding.
