摘    要:[目的]研究室内生长条件下李氏禾对铜的吸收和抗性特征。[方法]将从6个采样点采集的李氏禾样本、淤泥和水样带回实验室进行分析。消解液定容后用火焰原子吸收分光光度计(PEAA-700)测定铜的含量。[结果]电镀污水污染区的李氏禾生长茂盛,是当地的优势种群。在各植物样品中,铜含量均为根系>叶柄>羽片。当土壤铜含量达2000 mg/kg时,根、茎、叶中铜含量分别为:500.33、335.81、307.89 mg/kg。在土壤培养条件下,李氏禾叶中铜含量为46.11~308.07 mg/kg,铜的生物富集系数为0.40~1.75;根和茎中铜含量分别为49.22~500.33和39.22~335.81 mg/kg,铜的最高生物富集系数分别为1.85和1.47。[结论]李氏禾能在铜污染的环境中生存,对铜有较强的适应力和抗性,是一种较理想的植物修复材料。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to research the absorption and resistance characteristics of Leersia hexandra Swartz growing in room on Cu.[Method] The L.hexandra samples,sullage and water samples collected from 6 sampling spots were brought into laboratory for analyses.After the volume of digested solution was constant,the Cu contents were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer(PEAA-700).[Result] L.hexandra grew prosperously in the area polluted by electroplate sewage and was the locally dominant species.The Cu contents in various plant samples were roots > leafstalk > pinna.When the Cu content in soil reached 2 000 mg/kg,the Cu contents in root,stem and leaf were 500.33,335.81 and 307.89 mg/kg.When L.hexandra was cultured in soil,the Cu content in its leaf was 46.11~308.07 mg/kg,with biological enrichment coefficient being 0.40~1.75;the Cu contents in its root and stem were 49.22~500.33 and 39.22~335.81 mg/kg resp.,with highest biological enrichment coefficients being 1.85 and 1.47 resp.. [Conclusion] L.hexandra could survive in the environment with Cu pollution and had comparatively strong adaptability and resistance on Cu,which was a kind of comparatively perfect phytoremediation material.
