| 摘 要： | 福建淀粉植物资源有164种。禾本科、壳斗科等种类丰富。淀粉多分布在植物果实、种子和变态根、茎中。福建各区淀粉植物丰富程度分析结果：南平最丰富，宁德最贫乏。相似性程度分析表明，南平与三明最接近，南平与莆田最疏远。通过聚类分析，福建淀粉资源分为二大区，即南平和三明为一大区，另外福州等7个地区为第二大区。建议合理开发利用福建有价值的野生淀粉植物资源。
