| Abstract: | The value of efficiency of available wind energy in Shanghai district was studied. The exchange relation between wind energy and energy exported by wind machine is explained and the method to calculate the efficiency of available wind energy in Shanghai district is introduced. Both of them are the foundations for designing and developing wind machine. |
