| 摘 要： | 对彩色陆地棉H44与海岛棉新海1号的杂交后代,采用回交类型分析法,分析形态性状、产量性状和品质性状的遗传规律。结果表明:株高、果枝数、果节数、第一果枝第一果节长度和单株结铃数的平均显性度和相对优势率都较大,杂种优势明显。铃重、衣分、绒长的广义遗传率(h2B)较高,狭义遗传率(h2N)也较高,这些性状适宜在杂种早期世代进行选择;而单株结铃数、单株皮棉理论产量、整齐度的广义遗传率较高,狭义遗传率则较低,这些性状适宜在杂种晚期世代进行选择。铃重、衣分、绒长的最少基因对数K值较大,这给彩色陆地棉与海岛棉杂交后代的利用带来较大的困难;而单株结铃数的最少基因对数K值小,后代则比较容易出现重组类型。
