稀土元素对Ⅰ-69杨水培苗木生长和光合作用的影响

摘    要:用溶液培养的方法,研究了稀土元素对I-69杨苗木生长量、养分吸收和光合作用的影响。结果表明,对平均株高、平均地径、叶面积、根干重、生物量都有促进作用。施用稀土元素能增加苗木对N,P,K,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn的吸收,减少Ca的吸收。各处理净光合速率都有不同程度提高。

Abstract:The effects of rare earth elements on growth, photosynthesis and quantities of nutritious elements found in 1-69 poplar, were studied. Growth rate increased with the addition of rare earth elements. Net photosynthesis, the quantity of chlorophyll, a/b ratio, in vitro Rup_2 Carboxylase activity, and LT in 1-69 poplar were all enhanced by addition of rare earth elements. Excepting Ca, the quantities of all other elements were increased by the addition of rare eath elements into the medium.
