| 摘 要： | 教学、科研、生产三结合基地是实现教学、科研、生产三个领域良性循环的重要平台.当前,三结合基地面临着旧机制运行不畅,新机制尚未完全建立的问题.文章从校内外影响三结合基地运行的各要素之间的关系出发,分析问题症结,提出了解决问题的对策.

| Abstract: | A base is a platform for virtuous circular operation of the combination of teaching, scientific research and production. Base construction is in the process of the old and new mechanisms transformation. The relationship among the dements which affecting operation mechanism of the base construction was analyzed, the present problems were explored, and solution strategies were put forward. |
