摘    要:利用PCR技术对该室采用精子介导法构建的转绿色荧光蛋白基因(GFP)蚕及基因枪法构建的新霉素抗性基因(neo^r)要进行了继代分析检测,结果在转GFP蚕的G2和G3代,转neo^r蚕的G1及G2代,均检测到了阳性个体。这说明所构建的转基因蚕具有相对稳定的遗传性。

Abstract:Positive individuals in both G2 and G3 generations of the transgenic silkworm of GFP (green fluorescent protein) by the sperm-mediated method and in G1 and G2 generations of the transgenic silkworm of neo r (neomycin resistance gene) by the gene gun method were obtained by PCR screening, indicating that the transgenic silkworm by either the sperm-mediated method or the gene gun method has relatively stable transmissibility.
