| 摘 要： | 在不同季节利用叶绿素荧光分析技术对浙江杭州西郊阳坡、平地、阴坡三种立地条件下生长的雷竹的叶绿素荧光参数进行测定和分析。结果表明,不同立地条件下,雷竹林的光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶面温度、相对叶绿素含量(SPAD)、叶绿素荧光参数差异显著,且都存在一定的变化规律;实际光化学量子产量(ΦPSII)、PSII实际光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)、表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)均存在明显的日变化和季节变化规律,其中Fv′/Fm′、ΦPSII均呈先下降后上升的"V"型分布,在中午强光下降到一天中的最低值,ETR则呈先上升后下降的趋势,在中午达到一天的峰值;林地覆盖与经营时间对叶绿素荧光参数影响显著,经覆盖处理后,雷竹的SPAD、ΦPSII、Fv′/Fm′均显著提高。
