坡缕石负载阴-阳表面活性剂对甲基橙的吸附行为

摘    要:目的]制备坡缕石负载阴阳表面活性剂吸附剂,考察对水中甲基橙的吸附行为。方法]以阴、阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMAB)复配改性坡缕石,制备了坡缕石负载阴阳表面活性剂吸附剂,并用红外光谱进行了表征。研究了甲基橙在阴一阳离子有机坡缕石上的吸附行为,重点考察了阴-阳离子表面活性剂的配比、表面活性剂的用量、吸附剂用量、DH值、温度、时间、浓度对废水中甲基橙的去除效果的影响。结果]该吸附剂可以较好地去除废水中的甲基橙,它对甲基橙的最大吸附量为121.77mg/g,最大去除率为98.75%。采用Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程对等温吸附过程进行了拟合。热力学函数计算表明,吸附剂甲基橙的吸附是自发的放热过程,吸附热和熵变分别为-8.80kJ/mol和-18.01J/(mol·K),吸附自由能随温度的升高而升高。结论]该试验制得的吸附剂具有吸附量大、价格低廉、制备工艺简单及环境友好等特点。

Adsorption Properties of Palygorskite Supported Anionic-cationic Surfactant for Methyl Orange

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to prepare the adsorbent of palygorskite supported anionic-cationic surfactant,and study adsorption behavior of methyl orange on the adsorbent.Method] The adsorbent of palygorskite supported anionic-cationic surfactant were prepared by incorporating both cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(HDTMAB) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The adsorbent was characterized by FTIR spectra.The adsorption of methyl orange on the adsorbent of palygorskite supported anionic-cationic surfactant was studied.The effects of the ratio of amount of the anionic surfactant to cation surfactant,amount of the surfactant,sorbent amount,pH value,temperature,contact time and concentration on the removal of methyl orange were investigated.The sorption isotherms were fitting with the Freundlich equations and Langmuir equations.Result] The adsorbent of palygorskite supported anion-cation surfactant could remove the methyl orange in contaminated wastewaters.The maximum sorption capacity was 121.77 mg/g,and the maximum removal rate of methyl orange was 98.80%.Thermodynamic function calculation showed that the adsorption was a spontaneous and exothermic process.The enthalpy and entropy change of the adsorption of hydroquinone were-8.80 kJ/mol and-18.01 J/(mol·K) respectively,and free energy of the adsorption increased with the increase of temperature.Conclusion] The adsorbent of palygorskite supported anion-cation surfactant is characteristics of large adsorption,low price,simple process and environment-friendly and so on.
