富氢水处理对小苍兰生长发育的影响

摘    要:现有的研究表明,一定浓度的富氢水(hydrogen-rich water,HRW)对植物的种子萌发和幼苗的根系生长具有促进作用。而HRW对球根类切花生长发育的影响,还未见报道。本实验采用种球浸泡及植株浇灌的方法,研究一定浓度的HRW处理对小苍兰植株生长、开花以及种球发育的影响。结果表明,与不施用HRW的对照相比,不同浓度的HRW浸泡种球和浇灌植株均显著增加了小苍兰叶片长度和叶片宽度,缩短了开花用时,增加了花茎长度、花朵直径和小花数。和对照植株相比,不同浓度的HRW浸泡种球均显著增加了小苍兰大球的直径和鲜重。10%和50%HRW浸泡种球后,小苍兰小球的数量、鲜重和干重显著增加。同样浓度的HRW浇灌植株后,大球直径、干重、干物质含量,小子球的数量、鲜重和干重显著增加。实验结果对小苍兰切花生产以及植物氢气生物学的研究,均具有重要的指导意义。

Effects of Hydrogen-Rich Water Treatment on the Growth and Development of Freesia(Freesia refracta)

Abstract:It was found that hydrogen-rich water(HRW)with some concentrations promotes seed germination and root growth in plants.However,the effects of HRW on growth and development of bulb flowers was unknown.The effects of HRW treatments by bulb soaking and plant irrigating on the growth,blooming and bulb development of freesia(Freesia refracta)were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that compared with control,different concentrations of HRW treatments with the methods of bulb soaking and irrigating both significantly increased the length and width of leaves,reduced the time of flowering in freesia,increased the length of the stems,flower diameters and the numbers of florets.Compared with control,bulb soaking with different concentrations of HRW significantly increased diameter and fresh weight(FW)of big bulbs.The number,fresh weigh(FW)and dry weight(DW)of small bulbs were increased significantly after bulb soaking with 10% and 50% HRW(V/V).And irrigating plantlet with 10% and 50% HRW significantly increased diameters,DW and dry matter content of big bulbs and number,FW and DW of small bulbs.The results were significant as guides for the cultivation of cut freesia and the research of plant hydrogen physiology.
