葡萄砧木及其应用的研究进展

摘    要:为了了解葡萄砧木的研究概况,为生产中有针对性地使用砧木提供参考,归纳了近年来国内外对葡萄砧木育种品种特性的研究,详述了砧木对葡萄生长发育、果实品质以及酒质的影响。葡萄砧木育种品种亲本不同,所选育出的品种特性不同;砧木既可增加接穗品种的生长量,也可降低其生长量;砧木可不同程度地提高葡萄产量;不同砧木对接穗品种可溶性固形物及可滴定酸含量的影响有很大差异,进而不同程度地改变葡萄酒质量;砧木对葡萄的影响因接穗品种、立地条件、栽培措施的不同而不同。指出砧木对接穗品种的影响具有复杂性,需因地制宜地选育与使用砧木,以促进葡萄产业发展。

Progresses in Research and Application of Grapevine Rootstocks
Abstract:In order to understand the research situation of rootstocks and provide reference for using rootstocks purposefully in the production, the authors summarized recent researches on grape rootstocks varieties’ breeding characteristics at home and abroad, and elaborated the effects of rootstocks on the growth and development and fruit quality of grapevines and vinosity. It showed that the difference of breeding parents of grape rootstocks could result in different characteristics of the breeding varieties. Rootstocks could increase the mass growth of scion varieties, but could also reduce it, and improve the yield of grapes in different degrees. Effects of different rootstocks on total soluble solid and titratable acid of grafting cultivars were significantly different, which could change the vinosity in different degrees. Effect of rootstocks on grapes varied with the variation of scion varieties, site conditions and cultivation measures. The authors pointed out that the influence of rootstocks on the scion varieties was complex, the rootstocks breeding and application should be adjusted according to local conditions, thus to promote the development of grape industry.
