| 摘 要： | 随着互联网思维的广泛运用，许多新的业态正在不断孕育，转型升级传统农业项目招标投标工作模式，实现农业投资管理手段的高效化、便捷化、透明化将成为趋势。目前，电子化招标投标新局面已初现端倪，本文结合农业建设项目的特点和传统模式下的招标实践，通过梳理国家已出台的法律法规和相关政策变化，以及电子招投标在农业建设项目中的应用情况，系统总结了电子招标的概念、特点、优势和农业项目招投标电子化实施对策，为促进农业项目招投标电子化的深入发展提供借鉴。
