归逍方治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

目的 观察归逍方治疗多囊卵巢综合征肾虚肝郁证的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法 将60例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予归逍方口服治疗，对照组予口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，疗程3个月。观察比较两组总疗效及治疗前后促黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、体质量指数（BMI）、F-G评分、痤疮评分、卵巢体积、中医证候积分变化。结果 治疗组总有效率为87.6%，对照组为63.3%，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组在降低BMI、LH、中医证候积分及缩小卵巢体积方面疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组在降低T、LH/FSH及改善患者多毛、痤疮方面疗效相当（P>0.05）。结论 归逍方治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效确切，其作用机制可能与改善LH/FSH比值、降低T水平相关。

Clinical Study of Guixiao Fang on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Patients with Kidney-Asthenia and Liver Depression Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guixiao Fang on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients with kidney-asthenia liver depression syndrome,and investigate the mechanism.Methods The sixty PCOS patients with kidney liver depression syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Guixiao Fang,and the patients in the control group were given progesterone tablets of the estradiol.Results The total effective rate in treatment group is 87.6%,the control group is 63.3%,the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group in improving BMI,LH,Chinese medicine clinical syndrome and ovarian volume is superior to the control group (P<0.05).There is no obvious difference between two groups in reducing T,LH/FSH and improving their androgen level and acne (P>0.05).Conclusion Guixiao Fang shows obvious clinical effect in treating PCOS patients with kidney liver depression syndrome,its mechanism may be related with the improving LH/FSH and reducing the T level.
