旷惠桃教授运用“三通四补”法治疗痹证经验

摘    要:旷惠桃教授认为痹证发病多因体虚复感风、寒、湿、热之邪,致营卫失和、脉络不通、气血凝滞、邪气壅塞,病机错综复杂,但总以瘀血痰浊为主,涉及周身脏腑组织,故其病程长,病情缠绵难愈;临证强调因人而异,辨病与辨证相结合,治疗以“三通四补”为法,包括:祛风通脉,活血通络,豁痰通隧,益气,补血,滋阴,温阳等,临床多有效验。

Experience from Professor Kuang Huitao Using the Method of "Santong Sibu" on Treatment of Arthralgia Syndrome

Abstract:Professor Kuang Huitao holds the view that arthralgia syndrome is due to the pathogen of wind, cold, dampness and heat which will cause a comprehensive pathogenesis of the disharmony between nutritive Qi and defensive Qi, choroid barrier, stagnation of Qi and blood, accumulation of evil factors affecting health. However, its main symptom is blood stasis and phlegm, and involves all viscera, tissues and organs, its course of disease is long lasting and refractory. In clinical practices, it differs from man to man. At the same time syndrome differentiation is often combined with disease differentiation. The "Santong Sibu" treatment method includes dispelling wind and Tongmai, invigorating blood circulation, eliminating phlegm, enriching Qi and blood, nourishing yin and warming yang. The treatment called Santongsibu shows good effect in clinil.
