| 摘 要： | "绿色农业、白色农业、蓝色农业"——"三色农业",是符合科学发展观的创新型经济发展理论,它以食品的概念置换粮食,提升了农产品的现代意义;"蓝色农业"的创立,拓展了农产品的数量安全;"白色农业"的创意,保障了农产品的质量安全。贯彻国际会议精神,引领时代潮流,山西建设白色农业产业化试验园,为持续增强农产品供给保障能力作出了新的贡献。
