| 摘 要： | 从图书馆员继续教育的动力和现实出发，提出将激励机制引进图书馆员继续教育管理，并对建立在激励机制上的馆员继续教育及其全面提高素质，进行了从实践到理论的探索。针对图书馆员工工作现状，分析了影响图书馆员工积极性的原因。
