硼酸壳聚糖包衣对大白菜种子出苗率的影响

摘    要:2 a的试验表明,用8个不同浓度硼酸与0.177 mm食品级壳聚糖的混合液包衣太原二青B粒径等级种子,出土幼苗生长正常,无药害。但考虑到包衣种子当年及贮存1 a后的出苗效果,每10 g大白菜种子宜选用4~10 mg的硼酸与3.4 mg的0.177 mm食品级壳聚糖包衣,可在一定程度上提高种子的抗逆性。

Abstract:The results of two-year experiments showed: when B class seeds of Taiyuan Erqing coated with the mixture of 8 different concentrations of boracic acid 0.177 mm food grade Chitosan,seedling appeared normal growth and no phytotoxicity.But considering the effect of germination rate of the coated seed in that year and above one storage years,for 10 g seed concentrations of 4~10 mg boracic acid and 0.177 mm Chitosan of food grade for coating were recommended to improve seeds stress resistance.
