摘    要:以晋大62×诱处4号杂交组合的亲本及其40个较稳定的后代品系为材料,运用灰色关联度分析方法,研究了大豆农艺性状与籽粒中蛋白、脂肪含量积累的关系。结果表明,叶面积对蛋白、脂肪的积累具有截然相反的作用,出苗至始花日数和始花至成熟日数分别为控制蛋白、脂肪积累的重要因子;延长生育期可以同时增加大豆籽粒中蛋白和脂肪的积累,人为调整生育前期和生育后期的相对长短及各时期叶面积指数可以改变大豆品种蛋白、脂肪含量的比例。研究可为今后大豆品质育种中性状的选择和品种的改良提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:In this study,Jinda 62 × Youchu 4 and their hybrid descendants were selected as test materials.The relationship between soybean agronomic characters,protein content and grain fat was discussed through gray relational analysis.The result indicated that the leaf area possessed completely opposite effect on accumulation of the protein content and fat,the days of emergence-initial flower and the days of initial flower-mature respectively were important factors controlling accumulation of protein and fat.The longer growth period could also increase the accumulation of protein and fat in soybean seeds,artificial adjustment of the relative length and leaf area index of early and late growth period could change the proportion of content of protein and fat.The study could provide quality breeding of character selection and varieties modification with theoretical basis in the future.
