野菜种植业的产业化经营特点研究——以南京芦蒿业为例

以南京八卦洲芦蒿业为例,基于问卷调查及访谈数据探索出其特点:开端更易符合农民意愿、技术需求更多,更易标准化种植、统一决策,价格波动有一个"魔咒"式的规律,保持野味是未来发展重要内容,需求具有地方化特色.通过这些特点的分析,认为:野菜种植业可以作为农业产业化和农业结构调整的先锋队,对促进农业区域布局、农民增收都有较好的效果.
