浙3A萝卜雄性不育系的选育及其利用初报

摘    要:以“金花苔48A”为不育材料,用本省优良品种“浙大长”等为转育亲本,经回交四代转育,获得不育株率为100%的不育系“浙3A”。利用其配制组合“浙3A×翘头青”。该一代杂种的肉质根产量表现超亲优势,比对照品种“浙大长”增产31.97~36.71%,其维生素C、干物质、总糖和不空心株率等品质指标也明显优于“浙大长”。

Abstract:Sterility line "Zhe 3A" was obtained after 4 generations back-cross breeding from "Jinghuatan 48A" ( as sterile material) "Zhedachang" (as male parent selected from 4 better as in Zhejiang province) . The sterile plant ratio was almost 1009&, Fi in "Zhe 3A Qiaotouqin" cross showed apparent hybrid vigor as compared with its parents. The root yield was 31.97$ to 36.7I9& more than that of CK "Zhedachang" ,and the main quality indexes, such as Vc, carbonhydrate, dry substance, un-hollow heart rate, etc. were much better than that of "Zhedachang".
