棉花叶片光合产物输配的动力学研究

摘    要:用活体示踪技术测定了不同品种棉花叶片光合产物的输配 ,建立了光合同化物输配的动力学模型以及求解模型中未知参数的方法 ,通过对相应参数分析得出 ,不论在白天还是夜间 ,泗棉 3号叶片光合产物在叶内各区域间的迁移通量显著大于比马 7号 ,同时光合产物输出到质外体而装载到韧皮部中的速率也显著大于比马 7号。

KINETICS RESEARCH ON TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PHOTOSYNTHATE IN VARIOUS SPECIES OF COTTON LEAVES
Abstract:The dynamic model of assimilate partition was established by using radioisotopes tracing technique in vivo and measuring transportation and distribution of photosynthate in various species of cotton leaves.Analysing relevant coefficient showed that (1) the amount of the photosynthate transportation among the various compartmentations of cotton leaves in Simian No.3 were higher than those in Gossypium barbardense L.evidently,so was the photosynthate transportation rate from apoplast to phloem,regardless of day or night.
