我国陆地棉品种的遗传多样性研究初报

摘    要:选用18个随机引物,对21个陆地棉品种作RAPD分析,并对各品种的指纹图谱进行了聚类和相似性分析。结果表明大部分品种与其系谱吻合。研究结果充分展示了RAPD技术可以作为棉花品种分类和遗传多样性研究的可行方法。

Abstract:RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)technique was used primarily to detect the genetic diversity of 21 cultivars in upland cotton in the paper. 21 cultivars can be divided into three subgroups based on the cluster and similarity analysis of RAPD fingerprinting of each cultivar amplified with 18 random primers. Most of the tested cultivars are consistent with their pedigree. It is testified that RAPD technique is a feasible method to determine the genetic diversity of cotton cultivars and key parents.
