基于WebGIS的农业水资源管理机制研究

摘    要:收集指定区域的各种农业水资源信息,按照当地农作物需求对水资源进行有效地分配,农业生产就能得到有效保障。在WebGIS基础上,通过农业用水综合利用模型实现区域内水资源的合理调配决策,同时也可以实现干旱洪涝灾害预警。

Abstract:Based on the all kinds of agricultural water resources information collected in the specified area,the water source should be distributed according to local crops demand for effectively protecting the agricultural production.Based on the WebGIS,through the comprehensive utilization of agricultural water model,a reasonable distribution of water resources will be realized,as well as the warning of the flood and the drought.
