| 摘 要： | 供电企业风险评估系统主要是用来评估人工操作电力生产设备中可能发生的事故及其相应的概率,是提高反事故工作预见性和安全投资效益,达到超前控制、减少和消灭事故的有力工具。由于LEC法直观、应用广泛的特点,在供电企业风险评估管理系统中易于实现。

| Abstract: | The risk assessment system of power supply enterprise was mainly for evaluating the possible accidents and their corresponding probabilities in the manual operation of power production equipment and the effective tool for improving the predictability and security against accidents and investment returns,in advance control,reducing and eliminating the accidents.LEC method was widely used in the power supply enterprise risk management system. |
