| 摘 要： | 阐述了知识产权的内涵以及我国高校开展知识产权教育的现状,分析了高校利用文献检索课进行知识产权普及教育的必要性,提出了加强师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学手段及方法等文献检索课教学改革措施。

| Abstract: | In this article,the connotation of the intellectual property rights and the present situation of intellectual property education in our universities were described.The necessity of popularizing intellectual property rights by document retrieval course were analyzed and some measures were proposed,such as strengthening the construction of teaching faculty,teaching materials construction,and reform of teaching methods. |
