基于区域资源开发的休闲农场环境影响评价研究

摘要：阐述了休闲农场环境影响评价的基本内涵，认为在休闲农场内建立一套完整而行之有效的旅游环境承载力考核指标体系，以此来衡量休闲农业旅游开发的科学性已成为当务之急；根据区域资源开发的特点，提出了以“资源容量”为核心指标的休闲农场环境影响评价模型，并以福建白沙湾休闲农场为案例，对境影响评价模型进行了验证分析，认为确定休闲农场的生态旅游环境容量及其变化规律，是保护和控制休闲农业旅游环境系统，制订旅游经济发展策略的基本依据。

Study on how to evaluate farmland’s environmental impacts after regional resource development

Abstract: According to the definitions of the academic concept for farmland’s environmental impacts, this paper illustrates that it is necessary to establish a complete and well-established tourism environment capacity assessment index systems. Therefore, these index systems can evaluate whether or not the farmland development is acceptable. Meanwhile, this article proposes “resource capacity”is the core indicators for farms’ environmental impact assessment model by regional resource characteristic. Furthermore, this paper illustrated the environmental impact assessment model by the case of Fujian Baishawan Farmland. This example reveals that to protect and control of agro-tourism environment system and laid down tourism economic strategy should according to farmland’s eco-tourism environmental capacity and its variation.
