摘    要:文章介绍了渗透式石蜡封口技术的工艺流程和技术原理,并采用3种不同的石蜡封口法对马铃薯环腐病(块茎)、稻瘟病(茎、叶)、柑桔溃疡病(枝叶、幼果)、辣椒炭疽病(果)等4种植物病害标本进行封口保存试验,结果表明渗透式封口法标本保存时间最长。并分析了渗透式石蜡封口技术的优点及局限性,介绍了渗透式石蜡封口法的应用情况。

Abstract:This paper is an attempt to outline process and principle of a new method for sealing steeped specimen jar with paraffin wax.This method involved use of melted paraffin wax to pour it around the internal sides of the steeped specimen jar neck for sealing purpose.Four plant specimens,viz.,potato tubers with potato ring rot;rice stems and leaves with rice blast;branches,leaves and young fruits of citrus with citrus canker;and peppers with pepper anthracnose,were used in this experiment.Three different methods for sealing specimen jars with paraffin wax in which the four plant specimens were preserved,were designed in this experiment.The results showed that the method using the melted paraffin wax to pour it around the internal sides of the steeped specimen jar neck for sealing purpose,preserved the four plant specimens for the longest time compared with the other two methods.The advantages and disadvantages of this method and its usage and application have also been discussed in this paper.
