摘 要: | 分别选取自制硝化细菌、德彩、喜瑞和科迪4种硝化细菌制剂,研究其对海水水族箱硝化功能建立过程的影响。结果表明:添加不同硝化细菌海水水族箱硝化功能建立过程明显不同,自制硝化细菌制剂组海水水族箱氨氮在5 d达到峰值,11 d降至最低;德彩、喜瑞和科迪组则分别在15 d、13 d和17 d达到峰值,30 d、36 d和30 d降至最低;自制硝化细菌制剂组海水水族箱中亚硝酸盐在21 d达到峰值,在40 d降低至检测不出;德彩硝化细菌、喜瑞硝化细菌和科迪硝化细菌组亚硝酸盐分别在46 d、59 d、68 d到达峰值,德彩、喜瑞组亚硝酸盐分别在69 d、75 d降至检测不出,而科迪组亚硝酸盐直至实验结束仍维持在较高浓度(80 mg/L)。

Abstract: | Four nitrobacteria which were made by our lab ,Tetra ,Sera ,BioDigest ,respectively ,were selected in the present study .The effect of four nitri f ying bacteria inoculums on the construction of nitrification function in marine aquarium was researched .The results showed the construction of nitri-fication function in marine aquarium were very different with different nitrobacteria .After input of ni-trobacteria which were made in our lab ,ammonia nitrogen peaked at 5 d and decreased to minimize at 11 d .On the other hand ,ammonia nitrogen peaked at 15 d ,13 d ,17 d after input of nitrobacteria which were made by Tetra ,Sera ,BioDigest ,respectively ,and decreased to minimize after 30 d ,36 d an d 30 d .Moreover ,nitrite peaked at 21 d and decreased to test out at 40 d after input of nitrobacte-ria which were made in our lab .Nitrite peaked at 46 d ,59 d ,and 68 d after input of nitrobacteria which were made by Tetra ,Sera ,BioDigest ,respectively .And nitrite decreased to test out at 69 d ,75 d after input of nitrobacteria which were made Tetra ,Sera ,respectively .Nitrite remained at high concentration levels (80 mg/L) till the end of experiments after input of nitrobacteria w hich w ere made by BioDigest . |
