摘    要:近年来,火龙果已在福建、广东、广西等地区广泛种植。火龙果花花型大、气味芬芳,除了部分食用外,其潜在价值尚未得到开发。本研究在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面优化设计研究不同粉碎度、有机溶剂、温度以及提取时间对火龙果花精油提取率的影响,确定火龙果花精油的最佳提取工艺:粉碎度100目,温度65℃,时间3 h ,试剂采取正己烷,该工艺下火龙果花精油的提取率为5.242%。

Abstract:In recent years ,the pitaya is widely cultivated in Fujian ,Guangdong ,Guangxi and other regions .Pitaya flower is large and smell fragrant .Besides some edible ,its potential has not been developed .On the basis of single factor experiment ,this paper applied the response surface method to study the effects on the yield by the various factors including different shatter degrees , reagent , temperature and process time , and further optimized the extraction technology of the pitaya flower essential oils :smash degree reached 100 meshes ,temperature 65℃ ,time of 3 h ,reagent of n-hexane .The yield of pitaya flower essential oil was up to 5.242% .
