摘    要:利用弱酸性离子树脂HZ-830对绣球菌多糖进行脱色,通过Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,在前期单因素试验基础上,以脱色温度、脱色pH和脱色时间为自变量,脱色率为响应值,将 HZ-830树脂对绣球菌多糖的脱色工艺进行优化。优化后确定的最佳脱色工艺条件为:脱色温度(A )=41℃, pH (B)=8,脱色时间(C)=3.5 h ,平均脱色率为87.73%。

Abstract:In this paper , response surface methodology was applied to optimize resin decoloration technology of Sparassis crispa polysaccharide by type HZ-830. On the basis of single factor test ,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable (decolorization rate ) and independent variables (decoloration temperature ,pH ,decoloration time) . The results showed that the optimum decolorizing conditions of Sparassis crispa polysaccharide by resin HZ-830 were as follows :decolorizing temperature 41℃ ,pH8 ,decolorizing time 3.5h .Under this condition ,the decolorizing rate could reach 87.73% .
