| Abstract: | The new rural construction which should be constructed by the legal system and managed by the rule of law was expounded from several aspects: perfection of legislation related agriculture,supply of legal aid for farmers,protection of the farmer's land,innovation of the legal mechanism of rural land,enhancement of execution of the laws to promote harmonious development in rural areas,etc. |
