论林产工业布局

林产工业的发展,提高了木材加工业的劳动生产率、森林资源的综合利用率,同时也引起营林生产的变革。林产工业在宏观布局上应靠近林区,可以充分利用森林资源和节约运输工作量;微观布局应在林区中心城镇建厂,取得城市化的有利条件;建立区域性的林业生产体系。本文还对林产工业布局条件作了系统的可行性研究,并提出了统一规划调整目前林区林产工业不合理布局和结构的建议。

On the Rational Distribution of the Forestry Industry

Development of the forestry industry has increased the productivity of the timber processing industry and led to a comprehensive utilization of forest resources. Great changes have also been made in silviculture production. For the macroscopic distribution, forestry enterprises should be located close to the forest regions. This allows full utilization of resources and reduction in the volume of timber transportation. For the microscopic distribution, forestry enterprises'location should be in the forest regions central cities and towns, thus allow for a natural development of a regional forestry productive system. This paper also analyses the distribution conditions of the forestry industry and how to regulate its current structure.
