精确喷施除草装置设计

摘    要:精确喷施技术将有利于缓解高投入和高产出的集约农林业所引起的环境问题,可以降低生产成本。农药精确喷施技术的提出,满足农林生产建设和保护环境的双重要求,以达到最佳防治效果。为此,对精确喷施除草装置进行了设计,选择合适的泵、流量传感器、电磁阀和喷头等部件来构建喷施系统。该装置主机组悬挂在汽车上,利用汽车输出的动力通过万向节轴传动经变速箱增速后直接驱动液泵,由液泵输出一定压力的液流,经过滤器到分配阀,再经喷雾胶管至喷头进行作业。精确喷施除草系统的开发成功,可以使农业机械在作业过程中自主行走,大大提高农业机械的自动化程度,减少操作人员的操作时间和减轻劳动强度。

Abstract:Precise spraying technology will help reduce environmental problems caused by intensive agriculture and forestry of high investment and yield and can reduce the production cost.With precise spraying technology of pesticide put forward,meeting the dual requirements of production and construction of agriculture and forestry and environmental protection to achieve the best prevention effect.Designing Precise spraying weeding device in this paper,appropriate pump,flow sensor,electromagnetic valve,nozzle,etc are selected to construct spraying system.The main set of this device is hung on a car,using the output power of car through universal joint drive shaft transmission,after the transmission rate to drive the pump directly.Some flow of pressure output from the pump through filter to distributing,then through spray hose to nozzle carry out operations.The development success of precise spraying weeding system can help agricultural machinery to work independently in the process to improve the degree of automation of agricultural machinery greatly and reduce operating personnel operating time and reduce labor intensity.
