黄顶菊根围AM真菌与土壤因子相关性研究

摘    要:选取河北中南部黄顶菊Flaveria bidentis(L.)Kuntze]9个入侵地为样地,2008年10月上旬在各样地随机选取5株黄顶菊,采集根围0~30 cm土层土壤样品,调查和研究了黄顶菊根围AM真菌生态分布及与土壤因子的相关性。结果表明:黄顶菊根系能与AM真菌形成良好的I-型丛枝菌根,AM真菌平均定殖率和孢子密度分别为94.89%和306 ind/10 g;泡囊、丛枝定殖率和孢子密度样地间差异显著,AM真菌泡囊、丛枝定殖率和孢子密度最大值分别出现在深州市、鹿泉市和新乐市样地。泡囊定殖率与土壤脲酶显著负相关;丛枝定殖率与土壤速效N极显著正相关;孢子密度与土壤速效P、脲酶和磷酸酶显著正相关,与土壤速效N、有机C和蛋白酶极显著正相关。

Abstract:The research selected nine places which had been invaded by Flaveria bidentis(L.)Kuntze as sample plots,from which five Flaveria bidentis were picked and soil samples in their rhizosphere at the 0-30 cm layer depth were collected in mid-sourthern Hebei in October 2008,AM fungal colonization,distribution and the correlation to soil factors in the rhizosphere of Flaveria bidentis were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the roots of Flaveria bidentis and AM fungi could form intermediate-type AM...
