| 摘 要： | 山葡萄种质2413为75—2-200(通化3号×双庆)植株的一个枝蔓变异的自然授粉后代。对2413及75-2-200进行了形态学、组织学、孢粉学、细胞学鉴定。结果表明,2413叶片大而厚,叶柄和枝条粗壮,节间长,气孔大,花粉粒大,花粉发芽率低,体细胞染色体2n：76,证明其为四倍体。

| Abstract: | The 2413 was an open pollination hybrid progeny germplasm that derived from branch variance in diploid cultivars 75 2 200,which were found from the hybridization between diploid cultivars'Tonghua 3'and'Shuangqing'.Morphologic and histology characteristics of the 2413 germplasm and cytology identification of the root apex were studied in comparison with that of diploid germplasm 75 2 200.Results showed that 2413 germplasm had larger and thicker leaf,stronger petiole and branch,larger stomata size,smaller stomata density,larger pollen size,lower percentage of pollen and chromosome number was tetrapolid(2n=4x=76).It is,therefore,tetraploid. |
