| 摘 要： | 通过微区田间试验研究了不同形态氮肥对白菜硝酸盐含量的影响.试验结果表明:施用不同种类的化肥,其白菜体内硝酸盐含量不同,施用等氮量的有机肥或硫酸铵,则比施用尿素和硝态氮肥降低硝酸盐含量.白菜在包心期,其植株的部位不同硝酸盐含量也不同,具有根茎＞叶柄＞叶片的趋势.

| Abstract: | We researched the influence of different-N to the Nitrate content in Ch.cabbage.The conclusion is that the Nitrate content in Ch.cabbage is lower when we used organic fertilizer or Sulphuric-NH_4 than used urea or NO_3~(-1)-fertilizer in the condition of the same Nitrate input.In the Wrap heart period the Nitrate content is different in Ch.cabbage.The trend is root-stock>petiole>leaves. |
