摘    要:研究了潜土逆转被抛土粒与罩壳的碰撞机理,建立了碰撞数学模型,利用计算机进行碰撞过程的动态仿真、分析了罩壳的结构与位置参数对抛土性能的影响,为罩壳的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A study was carried out on collision of back throw soil with cover of latent soil of up cut rotary cultivation. Mathematical models of the collision are set up. Based on the models dynamic images on computer are used to analyze both the collision and the influence of the cover of up cut rotary cultivation to the performance of throwing soil. An optimum design of the cover is theoretically provided. According to these models, simulation programs are edited by AutoCAD and programming language C.Simulation programs are adopted to describe working process on computer and check working result of JHF130 straw chopper. The test shows that the working result of JHF130 straw chopper is similar to that from the dynamic images on computer.
