摘    要:目前,国内外多采用稳流气道试验台来研究和评价内燃机气道性能,也可用于试验研究和气缸盖的在线检测。国内很多内燃机生产厂家都拥有气道试验台,有的仍采用老式孔板流量计,其有效量程小测量精度不高,而且数据多用手工记录,费时费力。为此,介绍了智能型稳流气道试验台采用的涡流式流量计,它可实现数据的实时显示、采集处理和打印,并用二次仪表显示测量数据。

Abstract:At present, steady flow test rig is frequently used to research and evaluate the properties of internal combustion engine. It is also used in experimental research and checking and measuring cylinders online. In China, several internal combustion engine companies with test rig, still utilize old orifice-plate flowmeter, the defects of which are limited available measuring range, low measurement accuracy, and hand-recorded data. Hence, this paper introduces intelligent steady flow test rig with eddy-current type flowmeter, which realizes real-time displaying data, collecting and processing, and printing, which also uses second meter to display measuring data. Intelligent steady flow test rig in internal combustion engine is exploited by use of modern sensor and computer technique. The produced cylinder head is applicably checked and measured. The trial result is calculated. Several methods of trial and evaluation in test rig are introduced.
