摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法对不同时期红三叶的叶(叶片,叶柄和托叶)、茎、根、花等器官中的异黄酮含量进行测定,结果发现:所测的4种器官中均含有异黄酮;叶片,叶柄和托叶中异黄酮含量均在3月29日最高,分别为1.633μg/mg,1.184μg/mg,5月17日异黄酮含量最低,分别为0.646μg/mg,0.438μg/mg。茎、根、花3个部位异黄酮含量均在5月8日最高,依次为0.750μg/mg,0.895μg/mg和0.906μg/mg,5月17日含量最低,分别为0.321μg/mg,0.441μg/mg和0.450μg/mg。各个时期异黄酮含量均以叶片中最高,花次之,然后是根,茎、叶柄和托叶。

Abstract:The content of isoflavone in Trifolium pratense at different growth stages and in different organs(leaf,petiole and stipule,root,stem and flower)was determined with ul-vis spectrophotometer.The results showed that the isoflavone was available in all tested organs of Trifolium pratense.The contents of isoflavone in leaf,petiole and stipule reached the highest peak on 29th March(1.633 ug/mg and 1.184 ug/mg respectively).On 17th May,the lowest values were found(0.646 ug/mg and 0.438 ug/mg respectively).In stem,root and flower,the highest contents were found on 8th of May(0.750 ug/mg,0.895 ug/mg and 0.906 ug/mg,respectively)and the lowest values were found on 17th May(0.321 ug/mg,0.441 ug/mg and 0.450 ug/mg).The isoflavones content in leaf was the highest,and then it was followed by that in flower and root. It was the lowest in petiole and stem.
